Texas migrant facility suspends intake after death of 16-year-old
The border patrol’s largest migrant processing center is closed for now over fears of a potentially deadly flu outbreak. A 16-year-old from Guatemala, Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez, died Monday after coming down with the flu in the Weslaco, Texas, facility. Omar Villafranca reports.
