Baltimore County police identified the man killed in a shooting in Woodlands Friday evening as 38-year-old Rodney L. Scott Jr.
Officers with the department’s Franklin Precinct went to the 4700 block of Winterset Way around 5:30 p.m. after receiving a call about a shooting, police said in a news release.
When they arrived, officers found Scott dead outside, police said. No further details were available at publication time.
Police said homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting, with the department encouraging anyone with information about the deadly incident to call investigators at 410-307-2020.
